Home Decorating with Mapiful

I won’t lie, home decorating can be a huge challenge for me especially when it comes to artwork. I don’t know if it’s because hanging things is harder for me than it should be (I’m not the handy one in the relationship), or if I just struggle with decision making, but for the first year we lived together, there was almost nothing on our walls.

I should also note that Chris’ great uncle was an artist so most of what we have hanging up right now are original oil paintings that carry emotional significance. Because of this, I am super picky and indecisive about the artwork we buy.

Enter - Mapiful.

I had been curious about Mapiful ever since I was introduced to their products through social media. As far as home decor goes, how could you not be intrigued?

On their website they have everything from zodiac star maps (#ScorpioSzn, amirite?) to street maps. When placing my order, I was impressed by the design options - maps come in a multitude of different styles and colors all with pinpoint accuracy.

Despite my indecisive personality, picking our “destination” was easy! We chose to feature our neighborhood, Olde Towne East, because it’s where Chris and I started our lives together. It’s the location of our first home and where we’ve spent the first couple years of #MarriedLife.
